October is flying by, but that's okay because it means Halloween is almost here! Douglas is excited about getting his costume & I am finally in the process of getting my homemade costume together. One thing that inspired me to go w/a Wizard of Oz theme for this year's Halloween storyline was seeing some interview footage where Boogie was wearing a really cool hat w/the word Oz on it. I've included a picture below w/Boogie wearing his cool Oz hat! Ironically, Boogie never made it to the land of Oz in this storyline, but he will appear in the strip again this Monday, October 28th to wrap things up. I highly recommend a visit to the real Boogieland in person this Sunday or any Sunday, from 12 noon to 4pm. Admission is free! Click HERE for more info. Thanks for reading! Boogie's awesome Oz hat! One of my inspirations for the current storyline.
I'm really looking forward to having the day off today! It will be fun just hanging out w/my wife Gala & my son Douglas! Speaking of Douglas, he did a great job in his first tennis matches for the season. He won his singles match & his doubles match in straight sets! I'm very proud of him for working so hard & always trying his best, not only in sports, but also in school. Go Douglas! I'm going to go enjoy my day off now, I hope you enjoyed this comic strip! Be back this Thursday, Oct. 24th as the Yellow Brick Road Trip storyline continues! I highly recommend a visit to the real Boogieland in person this Sunday or any Sunday, from 12 noon to 4pm. Admission is free! Click HERE for more info. Thanks for reading!
I hope you have enjoyed the milestone 300th Boogieland or Bust comic strip! If you had told me when I was a ten year old wrestling fan watching Jimmy Valiant wrestle every week that I would one day publish a Jimmy Valiant comic strip, I wouldn't have believed you. Now, all these years later, I have 300 pieces of evidence! It has been a true joy & privilege to work on this project & I can't thank Boogie & Angel & all of BWC enough from the bottom of my heart for this special opportunity! I'm looking forward to bringing more & more Boogieland or Bust online comic strips your way! Thank you for taking part in the adventure! Be back this Monday, Oct. 21st as the Yellow Brick Road Trip storyline continues & the next 100 Boogieland or Bust strips begin! I highly recommend a visit to the real Boogieland in person this Sunday or any Sunday, from 12 noon to 4pm. Admission is free! Click HERE for more info. Thanks for reading!
My son Douglas & I had a great time at camp yesterday for the big Fox 21/27 Morning Show filming! We enjoyed meeting Bob & Tara & Thom & the cameraman who I think got more of a workout than the wrestlers! A big thank you to the Morning Show gang for coming out for a fun day at BWC! We'll be sure to let everyone know when the segment will air. I can't wait! I also can't wait for this Thursday, Oct. 17th, when the Boogieland or Bust comic will hit a milestone 300 strips! Amazing! It is a true honor to do this strip for Boogie & Angel & everyone at the camp. Speaking of Boogieland, I highly recommend a visit to the real Boogieland in person this Sunday or any Sunday, from 12 noon to 4pm. Admission is free! Click HERE for more info. Thanks for reading!

Well, Football season isn't quite over yet for my son Douglas & his Forest Red teammates, but he has already started another sport as tennis season began yesterday w/the first practice of the Fall tennis league. Douglas did a great job & finished the day off nicely w/a big win in a game of Alligator Pit. I just hope he doesn't jump over the next & tackle someone out of force of habit! Speaking of which, hopefully it is a force of habit for you to come back every Monday & Thursday for a new Boogieland strip! We'll see you then! I highly recommend a visit to the real Boogieland in person this Sunday or any Sunday, from 12 noon to 4pm. Admission is free! Click HERE for more info. Thanks for reading!
I had a wonderful time yesterday at a family reunion get together at my Uncle Earl's house in honor of my Grandma's 92nd birthday! Happy Birthday GG! We also celebrated the birthday's of my aunt Esther & her son, my cousin, Troy. We had delicious food, fun games, old pictures, & live music by Scotty B, but the best part was spending time w/my amazingly awesome family! Check out the picture below to see the big 'Pro' letters on the BWC 'Office' which cause Fearless Wolfman to think MM & Roxie are part of the rebel Project Revolution Oz group. The picture was taken by pro wrestling great, Jimmy Jannetty. Thank you, Sir! Be back this Thursday for more Boogieland fun by way of Oz! I highly recommend a visit to the real Boogieland in person this Sunday or any Sunday, from 12 noon to 4pm. Admission is free! Click HERE for more info. Thanks for reading! You can see why Fearless Wolfman mistook the back of the BWC 'Office' for a Project Revolution Oz sign. The BWC Family knows the truth!
I'm really looking forward to going to my son Douglas' school today & reading to him & his classmates. I had a blast reading every Thursday when he was in 1st grade & I'm enjoying reading once a week this year too! Speaking of reading, I hope reading this comic every Monday & Thursday is bringing you great enjoyment! Even after all this time, it's still such a thrill to bring them to you! Be back this Monday, Sept. 30th & we will have some more Boogieland or I highly recommend a visit to the real Boogieland in person this Sunday or any Sunday, from 12 noon to 4pm. Admission is free!
