Another great weekend & productive week last week! Halloween is almost here! It's hard to believe that the big day will be this Sat.! I hope you all have a wonderful & safe Halloween! Dress up like something spooky & eat some candy! Watch a scary movie or whatever you like to do to celebrate! Enjoy it! & be back next Monday when the Halloween fun will continue because this Halloween-themed storyline isn't done yet!! Speaking of spooky fun, I picked up a great Frankenstein book all about the history of the character from the original story through the movies & more! Thanks to Moviestar for suggesting it to me! I'm happy to report that my The Jimmy Valiants Fantasy Football team is still undefeated w/a record of 6-0 & still #1 in my league! This is the most success I've ever had playing Fantasy Football in all the years Douglas & I have played, but win or lose I've always had fun playing it. It was very nice spending time w/my friend Boogie at FYE on Saturday as part of his Farewell Tour appearance schedule. What made it extra nice was that he had his daughters, Robin & Dana, w/him & I had my son, Douglas, w/me. It was also great seeing Capt. Joe, Nightmare & Kat again. Our friend & BWC Family Member, Moviestar, made the trip w/me & Douglas so that made it even more awesome! & my brother Mike stopped by too to make it extra special! One time, when Douglas was much younger, he told me he wanted to try Fantasy Football. So we tried it & ended up really enjoying playing it. We've played every year since & I always call my team 'The Jimmy Valiants' in honor of my favorite pro wrestler. I've never been that good at it, but I enjoy playing & it's something fun for Douglas & I to share. This year though, I've so far done a good job of picking my players because I am currently the lone undefeated team in our league at 4-0 & also the current #1 team. I've never been #1 in the league at any point in the past that I remember & I've never been the last team left unbeaten, so I'm very happy about both accomplishments. It's hard to say how the rest of the season will go, but so far so good for The Jimmy Valiants! Be back next week for another Boogieland Below strip! Thanks for reading! Take care. 

One of my favorite places to go in the whole world is the Peaks of Otter Lodge on the Blue Ridge Parkway. So beautiful & peaceful! It was really nice going there over the weekend w/my wife Gala & son Douglas. We had a really nice time. I also had fun watching Bugsy McGraw on the wonderful Captain's Corner show online. Getting the chance to spend a little time w/Boogie & Angel & some of our BWC Family was a wonderful way to end an fun filled weekend! Be back next Monday for another Boogieland Below comic strip!
