You know time is flying when you are working on your second issue of the Boogieland Leap Year Annual! As you probably know, Leap Year happens once every four years when Feb. has an extra, 29th day. For years & years I thought it would be a fun idea to do a 'leap year annual', but when the big event rolled around I wasn't ready & missed my chance.
